I recently bought a home than had an older water softener in it that looked like it needed to be replaced. Since I dont know much about water softeners or plumbing I called Intermountain Water to come check it out. I chose them because they had great reviews online. We found out it was a water softener from 1981 and that it needed to be replaced. We replaced the unit and later had some concerns about with the water softener. Intermountain Water contacted me about some concerns I had and came out to resolve them. Great customer service and will definately purchase again and recommend them.

We bought a water softner from Intermountain Soft Water about a year ago and have no complaints or regrets! The technician was fast, efficient, talked us through care and maintenance, and left his workspace as clean as could be. We've always been able to call and consult about agents to keep the system clean and discuss benefits of different types of salt pellets. Great company to work with!

I called today asking for some help explaining how to disconnect my RO storage tank. I was told it would be $75. I guess after spending thousands, it is too much for Intermountain to give me a few minutes. Poor customer service.
