They refused to give me a refund on a harness I purchased 2 days earlier. I had the receipt, tags,and harness in perfect condition but still refused to let me return it. I bought a $30 dog harness because the store clerk said it would be better for injured back instead of the prong collar I currently use for walks with my 1 yr old puppy. After 1 walk with my dog in the harness I could barely move when I got home. Don't waste your time going to this place. It's work driving the extra mile to Petco.

The online store customer serv...

The online store customer service is AWFUL!! I've been charged for a $100 worth of products and the order states it's pending...accounts shouldn't be charged if the product hasn't been shipped!!! No one from OnlinePetDepot.com will answer the phone (voicemail is ALWAYS full) & won't return emails.



I would have not clicked the one star if Yellow Pages didn't make me!! They get -2 stars, in my opinion!!

The owner dora was very knowlegable and very nice she has great input on all of your pets needs, as well as having great variety of animals, foods, toys, medicene, etc.
