MICAH was the one and only rep id see there. Heard me out on everything asked. Very down to earth. I went to look at one car and left with a better one. Price was right. Laura in finance really helped me get the payment to the amount I needed. All in all awesome experience. Go see Micah!!

Got me an approval despite the hard time we had proving my income, I own my own business (Day care) and the end of year profits don't look so good on paper, but we worked around it. Nick was great at steering me away from Stupid spending and helped me determine what I needed ! I left with the car I needed and a reasonably affordale payment !

the atmosphere Is relaxed and Comfortable, they don't make you feel like pery, you feel like a person.

I have bad credit and Instead of them shooing me away and or making snide comments like many of the big name dealerships I had visited, they made me feel understood, forgiven for my past indiscretions, and ready to start re-building my credit, while at the same time retaining my Pride and saving face in front of my daughter, who of course wanted an Acura TL .( not a cheap vehicle)

my wife and i were doing a loan modification after she lost her job as a sales manager for jcp and it dropped our score by a lot. the transmission in our jeep would up going out at 160k but it was about time so we were in the market to get a new vehicle. we shopped around at different places but bc of the loanmod no one could get us financed. every place was full of crap, "come down, no problem, we can work with no money down" and then we would show up and because of our score and only 900 available they wouldnt do it (some jerkof at Atlantic kept asking me to borrow $2000 from family). we were on sunrise and saw Rite Cars. THANK GOD, they sounded like all the others but actually promised and came through. Chris was very reassuring that our credit and down payment would be enough to find some vehicles with our budget. we wound up getting a 06 honda pilot with 67k miles at $290/month and then they said we could refinance later in the year. BEST DECISION EVER



Car is great, still runs well after 3months and ive already sent two ppl there cuz they were so helpful

We were looking for a BMW and they're salesman walked us around for over an hour showing us everything but the car we were there to look at. I told him specifically a number of times i was not at all interested in a truck but he would just keep saying "but look at this, and look at that" he was completely wasting my time. once he finally showed me the car we were looking for they had already rais...ed the price from $21,000 as it was priced on the internet to $22,000. Against our better judgement we left a deposit (we had been burned in the past by a different dealership) since we were assured by the manager "I'm not looking to steal your money. It's 100% refundable." Well guess what happened next...we found the same BMW with less mileage in much better condition and for about $3000 less. And the same man that told me my deposit was 100% refundable now had the audacity to tell me he was keeping my money. Don't give these scam artists a penny!!! Theres much better dealerships out there with better quality cars at lower prices. I bought my beautiful BMW from Long Island Auto Find in Copaigue. Justin helped me there and i will send every person possible to him because he was upfront and honest about everything from the start. Rite Cars is a joke. P.S. I told you i was going to give you bad reviews if you refused to refund me my money!!

BUYER BEWARE

My wife and I bought a mini van from them and a week after half the lights on the dash were lit and we called a number of times to get it fixed. And they told us to put a warrenty claim in and that we were on our own. BUYER BEWARE !!!! They should be called WRONG CARS.

Awful Experience

I bought an SUV from them last year I paid 13,000 for a 2003 in cash. I got it home and a couple weeks later found tons of cracks in the windshield hidden by the car lot stickers. A month after I bought it it blew a head gas-cit and the steering started moaning. That was just the beginning only a year later and I'm lucky if I can get $4,000 for a car I paid 13,000 for. I also bought the warranty they offered which is suppose to be 3 years or up to 100,00 miles. When I had a problem that shouldn't been covered by the warranty I called the company and they did not have my car under their services. I am currently fighting them for the money I spent on the warranty. BEWARE of this car lot!!!

As I Do not know what car you purchased I cannot tell you for sure what went on However from your description of the situation, I can offer some thoughts on the matter. I'm not sure how it took two weeks to notice the cracks in your windsheild, but we do remove the stickers prior to the fullservice detail your car received prior to delivery, If the issue had been brought up then I'm sure we would have had our glass specialist take of it. As for the steering moaning, perhaps the car needed some Fresh Power steering Fluid ? The head gasket blowing is something that doesn't just happen, I'm not sure why it happenedor why it was not coverd by the warranty you purchased. We have just recently add a service Department to our dealership and so at the time of this incident would not have been properly equipped on site to diagnose the problem or Help you with this matter.
