The agent was very nice to me. She found me an apartment when I was in a jam. The trouble was communication between the agent and with the landlord, Tri State management has not returned my 2 months security. I paid the $1,800 security and a $900.00 commission to the agent. The agent was my only contact with the landlord. The landlord would not return phone calls and still does not. It has been about 2 months since the end of my lease, the agent now does not return my calls either. I suggest not dealing with the agent or rent any property from this landlord. Tri State Management is the Landlords company. I will not name the agent. She bought me a lotto ticket and promised to split the winnings if we won. We did not win. I thought it was a nice jester... I feel the actions of an employee show the integrity of the business they work for.
