I wish I read these reviews before I went there. My family has used this place before for dry cleaning, but I went to get something altered by them this time. What a mistake! My skirt was not hemmed to the agreed upon length and was crooked. They just folded about 2.5 inches of fabric under the skirt, old hem and all, and rehemmed it that way. The skirt hem was bumpy and distorted due to the skirt bottom being wider than the part it was hemmed to. With the old hem in place it not impaired walking as the old hem pulled across my knees as there never should have been a hem there. They refused to issue a refund and insisted it was fine. They told me to give it to them and they'd remove their hem. I refused as it was clear they couldn't adequately hem it correctly in the first place. I was afraid the skirt would be damaged by their removal of the skirt. The woman there then implied that because I refused to let them take out their hem that I was trying to get something for free.

Don't go here for alterations. I brought a pair of Banana Republic pants to be hemmed and they machine stiched around the outside. I can't seem rip and re-hem because you could see all the needle holes. I've never had a professional place "hem" like that!

Horrible People! Messed up numerous times on my shirts (burn marks, pen marks, etc). Messed up a suit coat once as well. I have used them here and there only for emergencys when I cannot take my clothes/suits somewhere else and everytime there is something wrong. These people are liars and scammers! DO NOT TRUST THEM! Half the shirts I get back are creased in random places. I leave my collar sticks in and when I get my shirts back half are missing. I really do not understand why these people are still in business and I may take this to the BBB.

Brought my suit coats, dress shirts, ties, etc here to be cleaned a couple times and everytime there is something wrong. Sometimes a shirt has a burn mark on it, sometimes a pen mark is on the shirt (the ones they use to right your last name with in the shirt. Or a Tie was just completely ruined. One day their price will be $1.25 per shirt and another $1.40. HORRIBLE PEOPLE! DO NOT GO HERE.

DO NOT USE THEM! THEY LIED ABOUT ALTERATIONS AND WOULD NOT STAND BEHIND WORK. MADE AN AGREEMENT ABOUT MESSED UP DRESS ALTERATIONS ON 2 DRESSES AND THEY DIDN'T STAND BEHIND AND WITHHELD DRESS UNTIL FURTHER PAYMENT. LIARS AND THIEVES!
