Masters installed the HVAC system in our new house. Two rooms are much hotter or colder than the thermostat. Their solution is to open and close vents rather than correct the ductwork. He even told us he would have run the ductwork differently if he had known we were going to use one room for an office with computers. We knew and we had told the builder so if he had asked, he would have known. We bought an upgraded system and I feel like we wasted our money. He even told us to stop using the ceiling fans and use floor fans to make it better. In the winter we had to use a space heater for the room to be tolerable. In the summer the office is unusable.
