I had a previous order at a different location that had gone wrong on all accounts. Quinton stepped up and did his research and was able to get everything fixed in a just a few hours. I don't think any of the staff members would have been able to turn this around like he did. He was very positive and in full communication with me the whole time.

Not only was he helping me with my order but he was multitasking as he was able to handle other customers and process payments all at the same time. He was easily doing the job of 3 employees. Lids should really consider having Quinton be the heart of your National training programs or create a special position just for him. Great employees are very hard to come and hope he is rewarded/recognized to the fullest.

What a waste of time to shop@ ...

What a waste of time to shop@ lids store. I order my hat online& no one from the store in Lincolnwood mall location even managers seems to not know their product. It took a while until I called them about my hat to be pick from their store. Called the customer service & was told it was already shipped. Called the store & said that it wasn't there. It was suppose to be a gift for my nephew. It's paid for but lost interest since it took 3 months to find some answers. It was so difficult to get my $ back for a refund. Lots of fraustrations. Very Poor customer service!

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!

In my opinion they don't even deserve 1 star.. I could do a better job myself.. The woman that did my pedicure started to put on gloves that were turned inside out, so it appears they do not even put new gloves on for new customers.. As for the pedicure itself, painfull is one term to use, also when removing cuticles they did not do a good job, the woman did not use pumice stone or anything to "scrub" feet, and I put more lotion on a baby's bottom than she put on both my legs combined. The manicure was just as bad.. My nails were left jagged and rough edges, not shaped and she didn't even get half my cuticles. And where these people learned to paint nails is beyond me.. I have nailpolish all over my fingers.. When I told manager about situation she just looked at me.. This palce is a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY... And I do agree that they badger you into getting more services that they SUCK at..
