Tamarak Day Camp has a tradition of excellence dating back to 1946. We have established a reputation for providing: the finest programs, with a special emphasis on swimming, magnificent grounds and facilities, and enthusiastic, highly trained staff. Our program provides a safe, fun camp experience, emphasizing skill development, sportsmanship, respect for the environment and encouragement of group skills. Your children will have a great time at Tamarak and experience the satisfaction of improving their skills, learning to try to do their best and helping others. This is the Tamarak spirit. The staff at Tamarak is exceptional and we have an excellent staff to camper ratio. All of our head counselors are teachers as are many of our group counselors and specialists.
