very poor customer service. you cant speak with any one if your phone is on a timer from your provider and emailing them is a joke because the only responce you get back is automated. they tripple charge you for one item and it's a fight to get things streighted out and the is no dirrect numbers for eash department. this company is a joke as far as i am concerned. i will not order from them again nor will i recommend them to anyone. they have put a bitter taste in my mouth. sandy from idaho
