Tom was very prompt in returning my call, coming out to see what work I wanted done, making an appointment and the work was completed with expertise and gave me full confidence in the electric work. Tom offers trustworthy work at a competitive and fair price. Tom was informative and helpful in explaining to me what he needed to do to achieve my requests. Tom O'Neill is very punctual with calling you back when you contact him. He has done several electrical projects for us and all were done professionally. He takes the time to go over everything with you when he prepares your estimate and when the work is finished. He is personable as well and respectful of women and of your time.! I would reccomend him and New London Electric without hesitation. His son also helped on a recent job at our home and he is knowledgeable and a hard worker who is an asset to his father and the company. Six years ago, Tom and T.J. did the electrical work in our new 1,700 square foot basement. Tom worked on the electrical design with us and flawlessly delivered a very complex project, which, included a Theater Room, bar area, sconces, high hats, and a billiard fixture. Since then, Tom has done all of our electrical work including upgrading existing landscape lights, installing new landscape lighting in our new pool and raised patio. I highly recommend New London Electric for any of your electrical needs.
