stay away! their base fare is NEARLY $5 -- nearly twice that of Happy Cab!! the driver didn't listen - the fare was bad enough ....not listening just made things worse

Scheduled a trip to the airport for 5:10 a.m. Cab did not arrive so called them at 5:15 a.m. and was told a cab was on the way. At 5:30 a.m. I called again and again was told a cab was on the way. At 5:45 a.m. I was told there was no one coming. An Uber driver was available so I used Uber who got me to the airport. Fortunately, the flight was delayed; otherwise, there was no way I would have made my flight since Yellow Cab's dispatchers lied to me twice! Also, Uber's charge was $18 where the estimate for Yellow Cab was $44. If I could have scheduled Uber ahead of time, I wouldn't have even called Yellow Cab. I will never call them again. I would not have given them any stars, but was forced to click at least one star.

Was originally given a quote of $11 to $12 for the ride. The first ride was $16.85 and the second ride was $18.05 so they were off. My drivers were very friendly but both vehicles I rode in smelt like an ashtray.

This is the worst cab company in Lincoln. They are idiots who don't know the address to locations, when they should just research it and know.

Cannot trust this company

My mom has Parkinson's and lives at an assisted living facility. Her great granddaughter had a role in Annie and the Lincoln Community Playhouse and we planned to take her and two of her friends to see the show. It would have been her first outing since Easter. I called the cab company a month before and they said it would be no problem, but I couldn't order the cab until 24 hours prior to the pick up. I called the day before and scheduled the cab for 1:15, forty-five minutes before the play. They didn't call to say they would be late and arrived at 1:52. My husband took the other two women, but my mom didn't get to go. It was too late. The cab driver was polite but said he had arrived at work at 1 and had to clean his cab before he could leave. The women I called said they were extremely busy. Had they given me any idea there could have been a problem, we would have tried to make other arrangements. Other medical transportation is unavailable on weekends, however. This company ruined a special day for an 88 year-old woman.
