Friendly and knowledgeable! My daughter has a German built vehicle which can be difficult to repair but they diagnosed the problem and fixed it that afternoon ... for FAR less money than what the dealership quoted. Thanks!!

Didn’t make appt but took it to TO Haas before work and wanted them to look at what I knew was an oil leak, but didn't know how bad it was. All I needed them to do was to check the severity of the leak and to add more oil while I was at work. When I picked it up, I was told that there was no real oil leak but that the right and left gaskets were leaking equally.(?) He couldn't tell me if oil had been put in the vehicle or how much because no one made any notes. He was folding up the invoice ready to trash it and said my front breaks were going to need replacing soon (NOT one of my concerns at the time!). They were in too big of hurry, lacked communication with their service techs, and weren't entirely truthful. Will not return.
