I was very impressed with how much they have to document their work. Also the training they go through to make sure the equipment they use will do the the job right the first time. I am glad to see Servpro setting the bar for this profession.

SERVPRO was Awesome. I had a water pipe break and it flooded my basement. Of course I was at work all day. So I called SERVPRO and they came right out. Kirk gave me the step by step process and took care of me. They were awesome and got all the water out of my business. They set up equipment and started drying my basement. I was highly impressed with Servpro.

I went downstairs last night to do my laundry and there was a foot of water in my basement. My mother had the same situation a year before and used Servpro of Lincoln. I called Servpro and they were at my door in no time. They were extremely professional and new what they were doing. I want to thank Servpro for doing an outstanding job. I highly recommend Servpro for any water damage or anything else that they do. Great employees, Great Service.
