At first we liked this branch, but the customer service went down hill, as they were not willing to help us solve our problems. They checked the sim card in my 5s and said it was not compatible with their system. So I bought a new Iphone 6 from them. Come to find out, my 5s WAS compatible and they just made $399 on me. We got the run around on all the issues that were not compatible with their system. I am so frustrated that I was lied to and spent unnecessary money. They would not take it back either. Selectel is a good service, but this branch took advantage of us. One star baby.
