Provided by YP.comI received a Super Saver gift card from my family because it could be use at Russ's and Super Saver. I actually used the gift card at Russ's. Then today I go to Russ's and they tell me we no longer are accepting those. What the crap Russ's.

Provided by YP.comI've been a customer of Russes since they opened the Coddington store. It used to be wonderful! The people were so helpful. In the last year or two though, the employees have become unhappy and impatient, even surly at times, the prices have gone up while the condition of the store has gone down. It's dirty. produce often smells like rotting food, shelves are not stocked, it's hard to find things . The meat department no longer sharpens knives or cuts meat to order and their offerings are poor, Customer service hardly does anything . No package mailing, or mail mailing anymore. I'm not even sure they still cash checks. I know everyone longs for the 'good old days' but this store is going you-know-where in a handbasket and I hate to see it. Back to Hy vee for me though.
