They have been great. They are kind a courteous and always pick up on time. Reasonably priced. I would continue to do business with them.

Do NOT do business with this company!!!

Booked a load with this company. They tried to load 45k lb and told us "if you don't like it, we'll unload you". We said go ahead and unload us. After cancelling on us they decide to cut the load and force my driver to take their load. We told them multiple times to unload us and stop holding us hostage. They are refusing to unload my driver and told my driver to take the load or to come back tomorrow on our expense and get unloaded on "their convenience". I warned them that this is not how you do business and i will be calling the police in the morning if they yell and hassle my driver like today. I'm getting voice recordings ready to give to the Lincoln PD, if they decide to harass my driver tomorrow. They are literally holding my truck hostage.



***Update 11/02/15:

Unloaded my driver very fast the next morning. I added one star for taking off the product in the morning and one more for not hassling my driver the next morning. But this incident cost us a lot of time and money and they didn't reimburse us.

Go elsewhere! Awful customer service, horrible pick up schedule...nonexistent even. They do not pick up your tote like they promise and still expect you to pay for it. Save your money...there's better.

Awful recycling service! They did not provide recycling services to my house for over six months and yet still expect to me to pay for services not rendered. Beware! Stay away - they are very unprofessional!!!

Recycling Enterprises has been my recycling company for more than 5 years and I highly recommend them. They are thorough, responsible and reasonably priced.
