Anothony, the Manager on duty, responded with "we are busy, come pick it up" when I asked about the two orders of missing wings I paid for or compensation. I called another location and spoke with Erica, who helped me reach an area coach. Anthony, after I told him I left a message with Julie, the area coach, said I'd get my wings shortly. He did not offer me compensation for the initial error and was smug during my calls to him. I'm currently waiting for those wings, with the 5 guests from out of town at my house...but I'm actually afraid to eat them because I'm 100% sure I made someone at pizza hut mad. I worked at Pizza Hut for years back in the day and this is not how we operated. I hope to hear from a higher up who will make this right. PS. We LOVE pizza hut and have ordered from this specific location many times. I'm bummed Anthony refused to simply make it right and deliver the food.

Provided by YP.comAfter calling for 5 minutes with a busy signal I finally got someone to take my order and then he iformed me that they have a new computer system and it doesn't show use as customers so I had to give him my phone number and name again. only to have the system not working so I have to give my information again and then he said my coupon wasn't in the system system so I couldn't use it. After several minutes he got some to make it work then I asked to use my pogo card also. After several tries he finally told me I couldn't use it since I had a coupon. I said forget it then (meaning the pogo card) which the next thing I know he hung up on me. So I'm upset now and try calling for another 5 minutes I asked for a manager! Finally I get a manager and explain what happened and all he could say was he thought you didn't want my order. Wouldn't you confirm that before hanging up? But stupid me reordered our pizza and told them to make sure our pizza was done because that has been a problem in the past. The manager assured me it would be ha!ha! I sent my husband for it because I was so made already. Open the pizza box at home and guess what?...The pizza was half raw!!!!! We have been customers to this location for over 20 years andas of today it will be no more!!!Not only was the food bad but the customer service was horrible. They were really rude!
