Poor customer service.



Requested a quote through their web site for wedding invitations. Did not receive a response for three days, so decided to call and ask after the quote. Was told that they don't do wedding invitations -- this information was not on their web page and would have been very useful information for them to provide me via a quick e-mail or phone call back when they received the request.

I was getting flyers printed for a campaign and came to Pioneer Printing to get them printed. My boss was very particular. She was running for office after all, the flyers were all about her. Other places hadn't met her particular needs as far as quality and consistency. I was pretty sure if Pioneer didn't work out, she'd have me replaced in a snap. Pioneer Printing saved me. Their work met her very very high standards and saved me job.

Pioneer Printing is simply great. I rely upon them a lot - I'm a busy realtor and I need my printing done right and done quickly, and it has to look AMAZING. First impressions matter to much in my business. Pioneer handles all my printing from business cards to signs to flyers and brochures. I don't know what I'd do without them, actually, and their online ordering makes everything *so* easy ... what a relief!
