Performance pools had a sign up in our neighborhood because they were putting in another pool. I did a little research online just to read other reviews about the company then talked to some other people I know who have pools. Performance pools were highly recommended and had good reviews. And since I've wanted a pool for years, we finally made the decision to pull the trigger at the beating of this summer and we asked them to come out and give us an estimate.
Sam managed the project start to finish, he was wonderful and it was great that we saw him very regularly over the course of the project. He was very responsive to calls or emails with any questions. The scheduling team was also great. They were right on top of each step as the project progressed and kept me informed about what would be happening when and when I needed to be here. Everything moved along on the two-weeks schedule as promised. Sam introduced us to an archaic that designed our backyard he was really helpful in helping us pick something that worked really well in our yard in terms of the size and the shape. And we love the shape of our new fiberglass, kidney shape pool. It is a great place for us to relax and have friends and family over and just enjoy just staying at home in the summer

Performance pools is a local company and we chose them for our new pool because they had the cheapest quote and we were also happy with Sam. Their project manager and scheduling team were great too. They were very friendly, confident and informed. They were very proactive and kept us abreast with everything. We chose to have a fiberglass pool with tanning ledge. I love my tanning ledge, the spa and the pool's size and shape. We also enjoy the convenience of being able to have the pool for ourselves, entertaining, and spending time with the children.

We've been looking to get a pool for our new house for the last two years. We had to wait until the ground settled at the new house. We had another house that had an in ground pool and that pool was built by Paradise Pools. They had some issues so we didn't go with them. We had so many pool companies come out and we were so impressed with Performance pools that I had a really good feeling. We also happened to see them online and then a friend of ours was doing a pool renovation with them and then he told us about it. So, we had Performance pools come out. They came in a little bit higher in price compared to the other pool companies; however, we do know that we get what we pay for.
They made a pool with Grecian edge for us. It's 20 by 40 feet and it has an eight-foot by 15-foot ledge, it doesn't have any waterfall features but we got the heater and then we have about 2,000 square feet of paver decking. The best thing is the wall that was built and then we have a fence around it, too. So, we have plenty of room to lie out and plenty of room to swim, as well.
This experience with Performance pools was top-notch. Every contractor that came over to do either the steel work, or inside the pool, or to dig the pool, was just phenomenal. They were professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves.

I heard about Performance pools and spas from HomeAdvisor and chose them because of the brand of fiberglass pools they carry. They made me kidney shape pool and the interactions that we had with the scheduling team were all very positive. Sam was very well informed, a good communicator and always on-top of what was going on. However, it was different with the project manager, named Sean. He was not a great communicator, seems like a lot of things that we talked to him about didn't make full circle of communication and required multiple requests..

We had them replaced our automatic pool cover, they did wonderful job, our cover never worked as good, they were on time and very professionals

My husband and I hired Sam in June 2015, shortly after we bought our first home that has an in ground swimming pool. After calling ALL the swimming pool companies in Lincoln, Sam was the only one who answered his phone. Sam came right out and showed us what was what and how to maintain the pool. He was very patient with us and explained everything very well. Unfortunately, the pool had a leak the previous owner did not disclose. Sam and his crew came out and spent approx 4 days and put in a new liner. We ended up hiring a lawyer to sue the previous owner and Sam was very accommodating and wrote us a letter stating his professional opinion of the condition of the pool to submit in to evidence. Sam definitely went out of his was to help us out in the legal proceedings. Overall, they cleaned up well. I went ahead and gave them 5 stars because I'm confident come summer when we have Sam open the pool for us there won't be any issues. And if there are, I know Sam will back his work 100%.

I was amazed by how quickly they assessed the problem, and flawlessly conducted their repairs, replaced two parts, all within one hour! They were professional, courteous, and I would recommend them to all my friends and family. They are the A Team!!!

I received a Groupon for performance pool and spa. I wanted to get my hot tub cleaned out and the Groupon was 59 percent off original cost.I had called left a message and Sam call me right back schedule an appointment for the next morning and after that nothing they won't answer my phone calls they never showed up and he never called to re set up an appointment

I called for service and service master called to ask who I would llike to choose. I had seen an Performance pool truck in the neighborhoood so I selected them not know anything about them. I could not have selected a better company. They called the next day and sent a person out that afternoon to check my pump and what they need to do. He explained everything thoroughly and came back the next day and repaired it. I would recommend them highly for any pool or spa needs.

Finally, an honest, reputable pool company! They called the very first business day after my request, gave me a quote over the phone and had someone out the next day. Adam was my service representative and he did the repair while I was a work. He cleaned up everything and carried the trash to the curb. He called me and gave me an update of the work done. They did an excellent job and even repaired a part of my pump instead of replace, which saved me $150, and it was their idea! I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone in need of honest pool service for a very fair price. THANK YOU!!!!!!
