My father just passed away last week and my mom used Roper and Sons for his cremation and Memorial services. I can't say thank you enough for the wonderful job Bill C. did with everything. He made a difficult time in my family's life so much easier. Any request we had, they answered with " absolutely, that is not a problem. We'll get it done. They helped us photoshop a picture of my dad for the obituaries. It was perfect! We accidentally left out the survivors on the obituary and Ropers called us and told us they had added the correction. Despite it being submitted 45 min past the deadline it madeand it in the paper! Another thing Bill also brought the extra flower arrangements we could not fit in our van to our house in his own personal vehicle. He made this stressful time so effortless and worry free as well as being there for my family. Thank you so much Roper and Sons....ESPECIALLY you, Bill!
