Very poor customer service and a dishonest mechanic. My father called on my behalf to inquire about an oil change using our own oil and filter for my car. Kent told my dad that the cost would be $15 which included the change and checking on fluids. When I paid for the service, Kent arbitrarily added on an extra $5 under the ambiguous title "Shop Supplies." When my father inquired what this involved, Kent would only repeat shop supplies and was very evasive as to what this involved. Not only were my father and I mislead on the costs, but Kent was very rude and abrasive throughout the whole transaction. WILL NOT RETURN AND I RECOMMEND THAT YOU FIND A MECHANIC THAT IS REASONABLE AND HONEST.
