Well. First off he did the job well and was nice. But...when he was done, had had a small garbage can full of little rock that he had to move to get the job done. Ok, well after he was done, he left it and told me to have the trash people take it. Well i wasn't sure they would cause its rock, and sure enough they didn't. It was WAY to heavy and cannot be lifted. I told him they didn't and he had the nerve to tell me to see if I can get rid of it or pay them to do it?? Seriously??? Its part of their job, labor and work to get rid of their own debree and mess and what we PAY for. He just didn't want to mess with it. Well I have a military disability and my back is messed up. But yet I was supposed to move that around. To show how heavy it was, he had to use a bobcat to get and move it. Yeah, a bad back of mine was supposed to move it around. Not cool and shady. THEN, he said he will get it but wants the full payment of job. Ok, but in an email, he agreed that I could make payments on it. I have proof of it. So then he went back on his word on that and wanted it all upfront in order to do it. Real nice. Your military Veterans thank you for your service.
