It's funny how my review disappeared from being on here... First is first when you clean you start from the furthest part in the house if it has a basement you start there then move to up stairs then main floor out to the door you have enter. And top to bottom. Other co-workers didn't get that. As well as you never ever go threw there belongings or eat there food ever.. i left in the middle of a job because her works could not understand that. I waited a week to get paid refused then said i never worked for her.. funny thing roommate dropped me off and stayed until i was picked up from a co worker.. i was charged 3 dollars a day that was supposed to go the the co worker. But i was informed that was the company car... at that point whatever.. but to even get a penny out of her i had to make a wage complaint.. she claimed she was out of town funny thing the day after i had done that next day i was payed but not in full and I'm not talking about that 3 dollar a day thing.. please please do not work for her. Her company has been different names .. just because the bbb says the business is good doesn't mean it.. thats a paid rating companies hired to get them bussiness a good grade.. please note this was a personal experience...

To work for Renee Miller you must have patience. She isn't the best business owner but she's also not the worst. I have worked for miller cleaning for 4 years and have only had a few complaints from buildings I clean. Yes I do get very angry when I can't pay my rent on time but I do not post complaints about her on the internet because that's just plain immature. Every building I clean the clients love me and my crew. They are always happy to see us and let us know if there's any extra business they want us to take care of. Sometimes I do feel like a volunteer. But the smiling customers make my job worth the wait for my money. I care about my clients more than I care about myself. Everyone can bash on the company and Renee but I do not chose to do so. It sucks that a lot of people got screwed over by Renee but you were also probably being a total jerk to her. I keep my temper, make my clients happy, and keep in touch with Renee daily. That's how I get paid. Her commercial cleaning crews are full of wonderful people. Please do not bash on the company because her employees are just trying to make a living.. Plus she has the lowest rates in town! How could you turn down low rates and wonderful people?

A friend of mine worked three weeks and was never paid. Like her Facebook page and let Renee know that she can't just walk all over you.

I to had the same problem. Renee Miller will not pay for your work. I finally got my pay for the services I did. I was knockin on her door and calling her cell phone. Finally she gave me my pay, cause she probally figured I wasnt going away until she paid me for my work. So please do not work for her or hire her to clean for you.

DO NOT work for this woman! Unless you plan to work for free. When I started cleaning for her I was giving a building downtown to clean. Four floors but was told I'd only get paid for 2 hours of work. It took myself and my friend 3 hours a night just to get done what she expected to be done. If we did what we could in 2 hours--we got complaints. We turned in our first timesheet and never got a check in the mail. We finally decided to quit as it was too much to work 40 hours at our regular jobs and then 3 to 4 more at night for her. We turned out keys in and our final time sheets and haven't seen a penny yet. I'm turning her into the Dept of labor and suing her in small claims court to get my money out of her. This woman needs to have more than just labor charges filed on her. She's a thief!

She owes me money & refuses to pay. It makes me sick she is still

My partner and I worked for Miller Cleaning for a short period of time before we learned what a shyster and con artist she really is. She has had numerous complaints filed with the Nebraska Department of Labor for failure to pay wages owed to her employees. Don't take my word for it, call Rich Nelson at The Nebraska Dept. of Labor 402-471-4711 and he can give you her case history. Many former employees have filed claims for non-payment of wages and have won by default because she won't even show up for the hearing. It is next to impossible to obtain payment from her even though the court awards a judgement because she moves her money around so much from bank to bank that you can never get a lien filed against her bank accounts. She is a pro at hiding her assets. She pays almost all of her employees in cash which makes you wonder if she is operating within the confines of the tax laws and does the IRS know that she is also skirting them as well ? This lady is a consumate liar and she has an excuse for everything. I can't believe that a reputable church like Clavary Church here in Lincoln allows her to be contracted to do their cleaning for them. We cleaned the church, the church pays her and yet she does not pay her employees. I even contacted the Pastor of this church a guy named Pastor Cleve and he did not seem to concerned about this either. I would definitely avoid Renee Miller Cleaning Company and also Calvary Church (if you are in the market for a church)...

Beware of this outfit. Their service has increasingly gotten worse. There were numerous times where we had to have the crew come back in because they did not clean one of the rooms, didn't vacuum, didn't clean the hardwood floors, bathrooms, etc. (all of which is specifically outlined in the contract). We also had multiple occasions of the crew still being in our house after 5:00 P.M. My wife and I would come home from work and the cleaning crew would still be there. They had a 9 hour window (8:00 - 5:00) to get it done and were still around 'after hours'. We complained numerous times to the owner and it still went on. Finally, once we told the crew that they had to leave and reschedule it stopped. Their workers broke our bath tub drain and the owner initially agreed to reimburse us for the damages. She recommended her plumber, we used that plumber, and once services were rendered she said that she wouldn't pay for the tub. Completely irresponsible behavior on her part. We're also yet to be reimbursed for a broken collectible caused by one of their workers (a vase was also broken by one of their workers - but 'accidents happen' according to the owner). We told her in January that we no longer wished to use her service and wanted to be reimbursed for the unused sessions (we prepaid - huge mistake on our part) and we are yet to see any type of reimbursement numbers. If you're in the market for a cleaning service, this is definitely not the company to use!
