We had a confusing and complicated sewer back up issue and were referred to Matt's Sewer and Drain by a past customer of his. We were HIGHLY impressed with the job they did!

Let's just say that because of some challenges caused by the age of our house, distance to the sewer main, etc. we had the privilege to meet the whole Matt's Sewer and Drain team over a week or so period of time. DeFreece was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Matt and his wife were so helpful to get to the root (pun) of the problem, troubleshooted the routing situation for future need (if that arises again), and treated our family with the best customer service possible! A++ owners! Chris came to finish the job a few days later with some plumbing portions, and again, very high level customer service and communication from their crew.

There is another Matt out there who you may get in contact with by mistake...leave no doubt that it is MATT'S SEWER AND DRAIN that you call. Matt's Sewer and Drain does sewer service and plumbing as well! Never met them before, didn't know them from any other service person out there in Lincoln...but they will get our recommendation every single time from now on to ANYONE who needs plumbing or sewer services! This is how professional these people are. The company van was behind me going south on SW Folsom and he was following way too close and when I made a left hand turn he flipped me off. I called the company line and this driver answered and he claimed I cussed him out in his rear view mirror. I said nothing to him in my rear view mirror. He argued with me on this point then told to have a nice day and hung up on me. This is extremely unprofessional behavior and will hurt his business.

I was so thrilled with the way you all handled the backed up drain at my parents!!! You got there so fast!!! they were so happy with how you cleaned up and how polite you were!! Thank you so very much for everything!! Will recommend you in a HEARTBEAT!!
