We had a great experience here. Charlene was great to work with. We purchased the Wicklow Flexsteel sofa and recliner. We had seen this piece and were able to sit in it at another furniture store and absolutely instantly fell in love with it. Lincoln Furniture and Mattress has a better price and without the piece on the showroom floor, Charlene told us more about the piece and features than the other salesman. I would definitely recommend Lincoln Furniture and Mattress! Thank you Charlene for all your help, knowledge and professionalism..... I know we will love our new furniture!!!

I had a great experience choosing a bed. No pressure from beginning to close of transaction. Tried several beds before choosing and Charlene had lots of patience. Also had a great experience choosing a couch several years ago. Nice local place to do business

very helpful and the right questions were asked. the store was well kept and I sampled several mattresses. The price selection was well varied.

We had a very good experience today with Lincoln Mattress & Furniture. Pat patiently answered all our questions and was super knowledgeable about all the furniture - fabrics, mechanisms, and warranties. She is a gem!

Seemed like a good place to do business with so we bought almost $6,000 worth of furniture from them. We had to pay half down and the rest before we got any furniture and when we were to receive the furniture we had been told it was damaged. Twice! It took nine weeks to get our furniture shipments complete and received our $59.00 delivery charge refunded. That amounted to 1%! I expected more from this local company because of the image they advertise but if you have problems it may leave you with a feeling that you should have done business elsewhere. Marvin
