LI-COR Biosciences is one of the leaders in the design and manufacture of instrument systems for environmental and biotechnology research in the United States. Founded in 1971, the company s instruments for photosynthesis, greenhouse gas analysis and light measurement are recognized worldwide for standard-setting innovation in plant science research and environmental monitoring. Based in Lincoln, Neb., LI-COR Biosciences has licensed certain elements of the LI-7700 that it developed with expertise from Southwest Sciences Inc.
