I would never refer this company to anyone. I was charged a $41 trip charge that I was never told about. They billed me $90 for one hour of “work” although the explanation of the issue and the work on one sprinkler head took approx. 20 minutes. After 3 calls to the office, I spoke to the owner, who bragged about no one else complaining about the $41 trip charge. Told me they bill from when the vehicle shows up at the front of the house till when it leaves, which includes the time it takes for the technician to write up the ticket. Then told me to pay the $133.48 in 2 days or he would turn it over to collections.
