I had an 11:30 appointment booked online through Goodyear that Graham Tire didn't have in there computer, they honored my online appointment. Very professional!

We buy all of our tires here for our three cars because of the people and service after the sale. They are the best!

I got so much help filling out my rebate form from the staff. They did not have to do that. All of the employees deserve a big thank you and I'll definitely be coming back soon. I might even bring donuts for everyone!

These guys are great at what they do. Let me tell you a story. I had an issue with my brakes and they completely rebuilt one side of the system to no avail. Next he said "Well I will fix the other side for free" as it had become a bit of a mystery what the problem was. Once he completed that work, the issue existed. Many mechanics would continue to pour time and money into something like this until they, maybe, found this issue. Not Graham! The manager told me that they had exhausted their avenues and I would be best served to see the dealer. WOW! What refreshing honesty! I've always been impressed with their service and attention to continued customer service.

They determined the problem was clogged EGR valve. I was only charged for the computer diagnosis. Truly a professional organization.

Super awesome people. Always helpful and get your car fixed in reasonable time as well as economically sound. Always get coupons for services on web or in mail. They took an estimate from a small "mom and pop" auto shop and reduced it by $200 and they got me in and out of there within an hour. Fantastic!
