Nice staff and good service. Wait time was longer than expected since I had an appointment, but they did good work.

The service was fast, easy, and reasonably priced. They found that both of the air filters were very clogged up. I had them replace both and it runs better than it has for a long time.

My car had two flat tires this morning, and since they were corroded on, I came to Graham to ask them to take a look at them. They drove me back out to my car, removed the tire, and helped put the spare on. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, even lending me their personal iPhone charger since mine was at home. I highly recommend this company, if only for the wonderful staff who took care of me today.

Heath is an awesome employee and he should be commended on his dedication to customer service.

They are always informative, efficient, professional, and most of all, trustworthy. It is difficult to find a facility that has ALL of the above qualities.

I got a new set of tires yesterday. I wanted to compliment your people. They had everything lined up for me yesterday when I arrived with my truck. VERY professional, friendly individual. I had two flat tires and nowhere to go. I needed a new set of tires for the upcoming snow anyways, so I figured I might as well get a new set. I decided to give Graham Tire a call and see what they could do. I was in panic mode. This is how you do customer service. Other establishments, take note. The person I spoke to on the phone, Mike, was courteous, professional, and most importantly, patient with me. I gave him my make and model and he found the best deals for me within seconds.

I just want to thank you for your employee at the Lincoln North location. I was there awhile back to see if someone could help me figure out how to drop the spare on a newer truck I had just purchased. Heath, though going out the door to lunch, dropped his plans and showed me what to do. To me this is an awesome employee and he should be commended on his dedication to customer service. He is always kind, considerate and friendly with the great smile. This is why I go to Graham Tire for all my vehicle needs. Thanks again.

Graham Tire Lincoln North always provides incredible service and goes above and beyond to help customers out. It's hard to find an auto repair shop that will take the time to explain what they're doing, why they're doing it, and what the most cost effective way to do it is going to be but Graham North always does. I called and scheduled an appointment to get my oil changed on 4-3-15. I had a coupon I had gotten out of the Sunday paper. Well because my car is not very orderly I missed placed it. The gentleman at the counter was nice enough to honor it even though I didn't have the coupon present! I didn't wait long either. I would say that in some cases I have waited longer at some jiffy lubes! I will go back here again! Thanks bunches!!
