We contacted these folks with a specific need for our fireplace, and it was NOT easy to meet. Our old fireplace was no longer on the market so they worked with us to find a replacement on the current market. Then, when the truck was late with their delivery to them, they personally drove the part out to us. We were able to complete our task on time thanks to their customer service.
