When it comes to insurance I never want it or want to use it. But when you need to file a claim, its great to have a person like Andy and a company like Farmers behind you.

consistently failed to meet any expectation, whether it was checking for a lower rate, canceling my policy, or giving the correct refund when he failed to cancel my policy correctly. So frustrating!!
