I would suggest to anyone thinking about entering into a contract with Aaron Marshbanks that they consider the strong possibility that he will not abide by his own contract.

I put a $100 deposit down on a job that was not able to be completed due to the fact that I had wood vents in my home and the technician was unable to remove them. I was first told that the depsoit was non-refundable. It states NO WHERE on the contract that the deposit is non-refundable. So I was then told that I would get my deposit returned to me. Then I was told that I would be charged for the cleaning of 3 vents and that my deposit would go towards those charges. 3 vents were NEVER cleaned in my home. On the contract it states: "DuctMedic 100% money back guarantee - We guarantee that we will perform all of our work to the standard stated. If for any reason you are displeased with any of our services and we are not able to get them corrected to your complete satisfaction, we will return 100% of your investment."

I informed him in writing that I was not pleased with the so-called cleaning of 3 vents (which never happened) and asked for my full refund. Mr. Marshbanks has not replied to my written correspondence, tried to correct the situation or refunded my money.

My wife had DuctMedic come out and provide a air quality inspection of our home. Dave, the guy who came out was professional and informative and made us feel comfortable that this was a quality company that offered a good service. We did call around and while there was another company that was slightly cheaper, we felt way more comfortable with DuctMedic. When their guys arrived to do the cleaning, they were the type of guys that Dave promised they would be. I felt comfortable leaving them there to do the cleaning while I had to step out. Overall, they did a good job and the video showed it. I would recommend this firm to anyone who is thinking about getting their ducts cleaned.

We had these guys out recently (BTW, they changed thier name to DuctMedic) and they were great! They were on time, did what they said they would, and were extremely clean. The technicians were extremely nice to my small children as well. (browny points with mom!)

My wife has severe allergies. We had DuctMedic perform an air quality analysis and we took their recommendations which included duct cleaning and a higher quality air filter. My wife's suffering has diminished and she feels much better. We are very pleased with their service and would highly recommend it.
