I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I have called several times to make appointments and left messages, with no response. I finally got through to Dove and had an appointment, but she did not show up! I tried calling several times afer that to find out if there was miscommunication about the time, day, etc. but Dove did not have the courtesy to return my call! How unprofessional!!!

Stay away. Go somewhere else for a ridiculously-priced haircut. That is, unless you enjoy having your appointments broken with little notice or having the stylist just not show up to your appointment with no explanation or apology.

Absolutely terrible. Would call and not have calls returned. Scheduled two appointments, which were canceled, then finally scheduled a third, which was not canceled. I showed up; she did not. Scheduled a fourth appointment, which was canceled. I have given up. I do not understand how anyone can run a business this way, and no haircut is worth rearranging my life for. Do not go here unless you have unlimited free time and patience.

I went to Dove (the owner) for about 3 years. The first few appointments went great, but after time, her professionalism and quality were terrible! She would color my hair and then ask another stylist to finish (while she cut someone else's hair). I would sit for 20-30 minutes with wet hair until another stylist was free. She also asked her stylists to get her Dairy Queen constantly and she ate the ice cream while she cut my hair! My last 4-5 appointments she called and canceled the day of because of family "emergencies". After the last cancellation, I didn't call back. Showing respect and professionalism to your clients is just as important as the quality of the haircut! Save your money and go elsewhere!

Dove is wonderful person to chat with, and she did a GREAT job with my hair. I'm also pretty picky about my eyebrow waxing and she did a great job with that too! The salon is beautiful and in an easy location. I highly recommend going to Dove Shannon.

A terrific staff, a beautiful establishment, and absolutely top-notch service. These ladies truly know what they are doing and are dedicated to giving their customers the best.
