Extremely bad experience!!! Do not go to Don's! I bought a used tire from Don's to match up with my AWD. I did not trust them to mount it cause their shop seems simple and crude. I took the tire to my dealer, was told that they cannot mount it because it already got 2 patches and a hole on it! Thanks God I did not mount the tire at Don's, who would pay 50 bucks for a junked tire? And I would not found the faws if they had it mounted! So I took the tire to return it, and Don told me they cannot return it, they only do replacement. So he brought another tire, I checked it and found a hole on the tire right underneath the price sticker! Looks like they are pretty good at hiding faws on their used tires. So he brought another tire with a higher price ($70) on it, it also had some scratches on it, but not severe damage. When I was about to leave with the third tire, they changed their mind and said they wanted to refund me cause they don't want to loose money on this tire! Horrible credit!

I have purchased several excellent used tires from Don's since 2009. When going in for a repair, they have always done an excellent job of getting me back on the road. In 2011 I was selling a small truck with very poor tires, after going in they set me up with a great set of matching used tires for about what one new tire would have cost me.

Last summer I needed a couple of used tires for my truck, I was in and out with two great used tires in less than an hour for a great price.

This week I scored a set of new tires but came in the day before a huge winter storm, and they were swamped. They took eight tires off of wheels then remounted the four new tires on my wheels, balanced them, and mounted the wheels to the vehicle and put the other set of wheels in the back of my truck, in 45 minutes! I paid a fair price for this service, and all I had to do is back out of the shop.

I will continue to see the guys at Don's for my tire needs, and I highly recommend them to my friends!

Called and got a price quote for $220 to take off 8 tires and put 4 on mount and balanced. Called across the street only 1 block away to 24 hour auto and got the same service for under $100. Wasn't the first time this place overpriced me either. They are very fast usually but both places had a 1 day wait this time. Shop around, do your research before hitting dons it might save you some money like it did for me.

The first time I visited Don's showroom, he smoked 3 ciggarettes inside within a half hour. Maybe he isn't aware of the statewide ordinance. Don sold me the wrong size tires for the back, (i was keeping the front). He was aware of the size difference. When confronted about the tires causing my 4wd to not work, he became defensive and argumentative. I went to walmart which I typically don't do and received much better service. Don has a low level of integrity poor customer service, and a crummy attitde. I will never give him business again and will make a point to steer people away from his door.
