First time client. Hired them to clean a rental after my tenant left. Picked Cleaning Ninjas based on reviews. After talking with the scheduling person on the phone, the service was scheduled for the next day at 1pm. At 2pm, with no crew and no call, I called. The scheduling person (same as the day before), stated that she had inadvertently scheduled it for the following day. She was able to locate a crew that could be available within the next hour or so and said she would send them. The first person on the crew showed up within the hour, but the rest of the crew not until about 30 minutes after that. I later received a call from the crew chief that they were about completed, so I went to the house. The crew chief walked me through before they were complete (there was still someone in the kitchen), and I noted that the windows in the two front bedrooms had not been thoroughly cleaned. He stated he would have the windows redone. The team completed and departed. Because the kitchen was still "in progress" during the review, I didn't get a chance to get back in there before they left. When I did, I found the inside of the refrigerator had not been cleaned. I immediately called the team chief, who informed me that refrigerator interiors were extra and that he would call the office and then call me back. I don't know if he ever called the office, but he never called me back. I checked the windows, and they were still not cleaned to standard. I later called the office (after office hours) and left a message, asking them to call me. It has now been five days and no call back. I also found that they did not thoroughly clean the vertical blinds at my patio door, in fact the top rail was not touched at all and had cobwebs and dust. I also found that the kitchen floor may have been swept, but it was obviously not mopped as there were a couple of dirt clumps and when I picked up those clumps with a paper towel I rubbed the floor and the paper towel came back very dirty. Very disappointed, especially with no call back from the company after phone calls to the crew chief and to the company itself. I don't feel like I need to make multiple calls in order to be contacted.

Terrible cleaning service. If you want someone to wipe things down and vacuum this is a service for you if you want your house clean - call someone else. Paid WAY too much for work I could do in an hour on my own.

Professional cleaning is what the Ninjas do! We are so impressed at the work that they do! Nothing is left untouched! We have had the Ninjas for a year and are totally awed and satisfied!

Have the Cleaning Ninjas clean our home. The service was great. The ladies do a thorough job and put everything back where they find it. Our house looks and smells great. I love that the whole house is clean!

Ever heard the expression more bang for your buck? That's exactly what I think each and every time the Ninjas come. Not only is it a reasonable price, but the cleaning is unbelievable. They actually cleaned how a professional cleaning business should. I was glad to be able to pick things up and move them around without finding dust like my previous cleaning company left behind. I very highly recommend them.

My house has never been this clean. Seriously! Highly recommended.
