The center staff more than 20 certified cardiologists and surgeons and serves patients throughout the Midwest. Nebraska Heart Institutes has numerous outreach clinics throughout this area and a sister facility called the Nebraska Heart Hospital. The institute is privately-owned and maintains its central office in Lincoln, Neb. Nebraska Heart Institute was founded in 1987.
