Horrible customer service and ridiculous pricing! Would never recommend this company to anyone! Please do your research first.

This company really need to reevaluate their morals and ethical codes. Accidents happens all the time, especially with animals running out on the streets but when you hit someone's dog, regardless of whose fault it is, it is NOT ok to continue to run him over and proceed to drive off after!! If this is how you teach your employees to act when situations like these arise then I highly suggest you reassess your business ethical codes. Not only did your employee did a hit and run but when you're contacted regarding the matter, your employees were rude, shows no empathy, and accusatory!! Please take more time out of your busy towing schedule to learn how to be better human beings!!

I was just getting ready to turn this company into the Better Business Bureau. We were shocked by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the employees. I would strongly suggest another towing company. By the way, I had to select one star since this review wouldn't give me the option of no stars.

I was unlucky enough to have to interact with the employees of this business. The office is disgusting, and the atmosphere of the junk yard on which the business operates reminds me of a mid century prison. The rates they charge are ridiculous, and the attitude with which customers are greeted is one of unintelligent drivel. It would be a better use of your money to burn it than to unjustly hand it over to "Capital Towing."

Jim and Sara have ran this buss, for a long time there great people and they show how the towing ind, should be ran as i own another tow company here in lincoln i only hope to be half as good at it, then Jim is there drivers are very nice and honest and they work very hard to keep lincoln street clean for the rest of us thanks
