I lived at 1129 F Apt 3 for 8 years. Even though I left the apartment immaculate they kept my deposit. These guys just do patchwork repair work that doesn't last. They also raise your rent every year.

I rented from Capital Rentals for 8 years and always paid my rent on time. They are terrible landlords, they don't clean the common areas, take a long time to make repairs and do not shovel the walks during the wintertime. Mark Bussey is a incompetent property manager who works for his dad. I cleaned my apartment from top to bottom and they only gave me $7.41 back on my deposit. I will be taking them to court.
