After my accident, I had no idea what I was doing. I couldn't work for a few weeks because my neck hurt so dang bad when I sat up. Obviously with the gas prices and grocery prices and what not, thats not good. I hired an attorney because the settlement offer I got from the other driver's insurance was only for my medical bills. What about the fact that I didn't work for almost a month? What about all the other expenses they caused me? I worked with Cada, Froscheiser, Cada and Hoffman and I got my settlement doubled without even going to court.

I am a college student who struggles to keep my rent paid, car insured, bills evened, and priorities juggled. For some time now, CADA has been the office that oversees my garnishment. Through this time, no personal attempts have been made to find out who I am and where my money goes. I feel like they are so interested in clearing the debt that nothing else matters. I have always been willing to pay as much as I can afford monthly. Some months, that is $200 and others, $50, but what makes me most upset is that no one ever appreciates my efforts. It's never enough. If the amount isn't cleared then I'm not putting any effort whatsoever. Well, if they would sit back for one month and calculate how much I really need in order to live during these times of inflation, then, you would think that they'd understand my situation. I'm sure most of them have been to college and understand the hardships, but their reactions to my payments show otherwise. I am doing all I can, but am still shunned and stripped of all funds. Just this month they have taken garnishment of all the money in the bank under my name. One account is the donations for a non-profit organization where I’m merchandise coordinator. Our organization has had a lot of generous people lend money to us and now it's swept away without any remorse. This office is heartless. I have experienced nothing more than a cold shoulder.
