This agent doesn't have time to be an agent. He's too busy singing in his band to respond to phone calls, emails, or any other kind of communication. My homeowners and auto policy rates just kept going up and up until I finally switched. Then when I switched I found out that he had inaccurately reported an accident (deer ran into the side of our truck) as an "at fault accident" costing my husband 4 points, which is what made our insurance so high in the first place.

Very, very poor business practice.
