If you want fast and expert service, contact Alltronix. DO NOT contact Terry's or FX. With Terry's I contacted them 10 days ago and with FX 7 days ago, and with both, I'm still waiting. The Alltronix technician was very personable, and was willing to pick up my TV after hours and then repair it on a Saturday.

We have been very happy with everything that Altronix has done for us. They have fixed numerous items for us. They get the job done quickly and @ a reasonable cost. Have recommended them to friends, who have been pleased as well!

Prompt, courteous and was very professional. Something was wrong with my laptop and he figured it out right away. I highly recommend their service! Thanks!

Everything about my experience went well with Alltronix. Initially they were willing to try and talk me through the problem over the phone, but when it got to be too difficult they had a repairman over in fifteen minutes. Not only that, they worked with me on getting a replacement part at a cheaper price rather than ordering a brand new one. In the end, the process took less than a few hours, I got wonderful service from the man who came to my home, and ended up saving over 200 dollars in the process. I would highly recommend Alltronix based on the service I had with them on 11/09/09.
