I went to have them install 200 amp service for me. They originally told me 1700 but I got a bill for 2400. I asked Bob and he told me that the service from my roof cost more. I was never informed of that as I would have not done it. They also did not hook my wires up to the house correctly and an LES technician had to correct the issue. He also charged me for 8 hours of labor and it was 6 I asked him he said " Well I have to pay my workers 8 and that took most of their work day plus I have to get the materials ready." I have never heard of this practice before. They also never made a copy of my estimate so I had no proof. Make sure to be very wary of this company.
