Went to cash a check drawn on this bank and had just walked in the door when I heard some guy yelling and I mean loud. He was seated behind a desk in a center office with all glass walls and his door wide open. It was easy to see he was yelling at a young female teller (who looked ready to cry). When I got to the teller window I asked who the guy was and was told it was the president/owner. I whispered to the teller-" Is this unusual for him to act like that?" She didn't say anything but slightly shook her head back and forth as if to say "no."



I've recently moved to this area and need to open new accounts in a local bank. But I feel safe crossing this bank off my list. I'd prefer to find a bank where the top administrators display more class and professionalism. Considering how little the president of Oregon Coast Bank has of either attribute-it shouldn't be that hard of a task to accomplish.
