We had an infestation of termites that did quite a bit of damage to our house. We called 3 local companies and found Firefly Pest Solutions to be the most professional and very reasonable compared to the others. Everything was explained clearly and we were provided a written estimate and proposal. We especially appreciated how clean and tidy they were during the process! Highly recommend this company for any bug problem!!!!

What service I received verses what I paid was not in line. I suggest future customer ask for the service quote in writing.

We were using another pest control service where the guy was only spenting 5 minutes here and would take off. We had ants and would repeatly call for service and it would take over a week before he would show up. I asked him to check the crawl space but he was too big to go in it.....We were referred to Firefly and the difference in companies is like day and night. Linda came out and did a through inspection and identified the type of ant we kept seeing. She explained the recommendtions and went over how she was going to start the treatment program. We are on their maintenance program and they spend whtever time is necessary to do the service correctly often 30 to 45 minutes....not the 5 minute hurry up service we received form the other guy.Highly recommend Firefly..awesome and very professional.
