Alternator went out on a weekend trip to Lincoln City...AAA towed us in, but this company is so good he had 22 cars waiting for service. Said they couldn't promise, but likely done Monday afternoon, very understandable. But here we are 48 hour earlier than promised and it is fixed. Very professional, personable folks. Couldn't possibly recommend them higher!

Took car in to have steering column repaired quoted me $150 for what they said was a 40 minute job. Was in a pickle so I paid it when I got home and put it in park the horn went off and I had to disconnect the battery to shut it off. I took it back the next day and they said it was MY fault. I had never had this problem before and they were the ones that "fixed" it. They tried to tell me that I let the column go to long and stripped a wire and it would take 6 hours to fix. It only took them 40 minutes to break it. They decided to "fix" it by cutting my horn wire! How does this fix it? What kind of monkey wrench auto shop is this ????? Don't know how they treat their locals but if you're a tourist I would STAY AWAY !
