This is by far the worst place I've ever lived in, there's an immense black mold outbreak, it's poorly ventilated, the doors don't close all the way causing huge gaps letting bugs in. The maintenance is on something because he's installed everything either upside down or incorrectly. It's a huge joke and they'll rob you blind, do not live here, you'd get better treatment on the ghetto side than here.

I had to co-sign for one of these apartments. A drug addict/dealer started living in the apartment that I had co-signed for. I let them know about it. I don't know if this person was dealing out of the apartment, but I knew they were violent. The manager actually described an attack that was witnessed, but they refused to do anything about it. A lot of damage was done to the apartment intentionally by that drug dealer/addict and I was forced to pay for it. The person who rented the apartment was sliced up and lost the use of her finger. All these people seem to care about is money and not the health and welfare of their tenants.

I currently live in this apartment complex with my husband. It is always very peaceful around this area, and the name reflects the type of environment--it is very close to town, but also has a country-air feel to it since there is a field right beside it. The apartments are actually more like duplexes because they are the same level (all ground level, just sprea out). There are 4 apartment units in the same complex. So you only share 1 wall with your neighbor, which is nice. The manager is very friendly and willing to help out where needed. There are many things I like about living here. We don't have to mow our own yards or do any yard work, garbage pick-up is included in the cost, and water is also included in the cost. The apartments have been updated so are very nice inside. Neutral colors for the carpets and walls, which makes it nice for decorating. Our air conditioner works wonderfully well in the summer. We had to bring in our own washer and dryer, but it is so nice to have our own personal place to do laundry. Our neighbors are very quiet and we have not heard any loud music or noise during any time of day. It seems that the manager really cares about who she allows to stay in the apartments. There are younger couples like myself, middle-aged couples, and elderly people as well. A few children here and there. It is a nice little place to call home. I would recommend Towne & Country Apartments to anybody that is looking for a nice little apartment community in which to live.
