I ordered a part air filter for a hover vacuum. I ordered the part on a wendsday. Was told the part would be In the following Monday. A week in a half later it's still not in. I called the vacuum shop again, because no one called to inform me of the problem of getting the part. So I called and they're telling me now that it could be another two weeks before it gets in there where house. So very disappointed in the handle of this problem. So next time I will go somewhere else.
