I remember when they were a small bank coming to my place of business trying to get people to sign up. A little house on Kibby,forgot there humble beginnings. I lost my job of 15 yrs, out of unemployment,still no job in sight. My wife works part time and were barely gettin by. Superior paid a couple of our bills,that we didnt have money for in our checking account. That made us over drawn by a little over 200.00 . My wife was in hospital for a week and we just didnt know about the error till she got home. She called and they said she could have 45 days to catch it up. I tired to cash a check, and they wouldnt take it. I told them about my wife working out the problem a few days ago, They still wouldnt cash it. Funny how being a devoted customer for over 30 yrs doesnt mean squat, when your struggling. They even told me to go to another bank.. So I will, and I promise you, I will never sit foot or put a penny in your bank ever again... Thats the thanks we get for doing business with you
