Overall, I would have to say that the staff and the drivers are very nice. Although I do have a few favorite drivers that I really like in particular.

Buses are always late. I mean really late. Up to an HOUR late. After standing in the sun for an hour waiting on a late bus (they do not believe in bus stops. They use a flag-down system) I was THREATENED by some egotistical Customer Service Representative.
