Everything was "fine" but based on the reviews I read elsewhere I was expecting more. I felt like a number. One more patient on the schedule to fill a spot. How the doctors run from room to room make you feel like you are on a conveyor belt.

The reviews listed here are correct. I have never talked to a dentist so off the wall and misinformed.I am a diabetic and I mentioned that diabetics have more dental issues.I learned this by going thru St Ritas wellness classes.Also it really is common knowledge.The dark haired young dentist immediately started arguing with me that thats not true.They are very cold and do not make eye contact with you let alone conversation.They seem to think being professional includes cold indifference.And yes they hound you for money-do not make payment arrangements unless it is prepay and will not even see you unless you pay up front.I went in there for emer help with a huge abscessed tooth and they said they were too busy and rescheduled me.I had to wait 4 more days and suffered over the weekend.They are heartless there.

I have been a patient of this building for over 30 years I loved dr. Patton he was wonderful. However since the building has exchanged owners everything has gone down hill. The dentist (owner) is rude he actually told me that if I was not overweight he would think I was bulimic because the way my teeth looked. I also cant believe how rude they are about receiving payment they actually dont let you out of their sight and follow you around until you pay. The dentist needs to start looking at who is his longtime patients and start treating them better. Anyways I have since found a new dentist for my entire family and will never step foot in Lima Dental Associates again

I have been here a few times expecting things to get better. They never did. The hygienists were great but the doctor, not so much. Dr. Risolovato was pushy and rude. Took no time at all to get to know me or my problems. He just walked in the room, performed a filling (which by the way has a HUGE gap in it that gets food caught), he also kept pushing me to get an implant even though I specifically said no, I couldn't afford nor wanted it. When I told him no, he proceeded to tell me I didn't know what I wanted and HE was the one that went to dental school. He talked to me like I was ignorant because I wasn't a doctor, unknowing that I have a Master's Degree. I've never felt so disrespected by a professional. I will never return.
